A Few Simple Steps to Free Insurance Coverage – The StartDive Plan

Courtesy of Scuba School International, your Dive Center and DiveAssure, you can enjoy free insurance coverage during your training. The DiveAssure StartDive Plan includes coverage for treatment of decompression sickness (DCS) throughout your Entry Level training, and will be valid till the date of your certification, with a maximum of 6 months.

Here is how it works :
  • DiveAssure gets your data directly from SSI and your dive center, to make it an extra simple and fast process.
  • You will receive an email from DiveAssure, letting you know everything you need to know about your free coverage – the StartDive plan.
  • We recommend you download the DiveAssure app, which includes your digital member card and emergency contacts.
  • Once certified, another email from DiveAssure will present you with all of your options for a paid plan and full comprehensive coverage.
